Shipping Policy

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer the following shipping options:

Domestic Shipping (United States)

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 3-5 business days
  • Express Shipping: 1-2 business days

International Shipping

We currently ship to select international destinations. International shipping times vary by location and typically range from 7-21 business days. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours of receiving the confirmation email.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

We are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, we will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on orders over a certain amount. The minimum order value for free shipping will be displayed at checkout and may vary by promotion.

Address Changes

If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to make changes once the order has been processed and shipped.

P.O. Boxes

We ship to P.O. Boxes via USPS only. Expedited and Express shipping options are not available for P.O. Box addresses.

Military Addresses (APO/FPO)

We ship to military addresses (APO/FPO) via USPS. Please allow additional time for delivery to these locations.
