Directions 

1. Chop 5–6 lbs of beef chuck into approximately 3-inch pieces, or to your desired size. 

2. Add the beef to a pot, pour in 1 jar of Birria de Res y Más and add 2 cups of water. Mix well to ensure all the meat is fully covered. 

3. Cook using one of the following methods: 

Stovetop: Cook on the lowest setting for 3.5–4 hours

Crockpot: Cook on low for 4 hours

1 : 1 (1 part sauce : 1 part water)

Directions 

1. Toast 2 cups of rice until golden, a light to medium toast. 

2. Pour in 1 jar of Sopa de Arroz y Más and add 2 cups of water. Bring to a boil. 

3. Once boiling, lower the heat, cover with a lid, and cook for 15–20 minutes, or until the water is gone. 


Ratio 

1 : 1 : 1 (2 cups rice : 2 cups sauce : 2 cups water)
