Directions
1. Chop 5–6 lbs of beef chuck into approximately 3-inch pieces, or to your desired size.
2. Add the beef to a pot, pour in 1 jar of Birria de Res y Más and add 2 cups of water. Mix well to ensure all the meat is fully covered.
3. Cook using one of the following methods:
Stovetop: Cook on the lowest setting for 3.5–4 hours.
Crockpot: Cook on low for 4 hours.
