Our Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Eligibility

  • Item must be in the original packaging
  • Item must be returned within 30 days of delivery
  • Proof of purchase or receipt must be provided

Non-Returnable Items

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  2. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging
  4. Ship the item back to the address provided

Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over a certain value, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received a refund yet, please follow these steps:

  2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted
  3. Contact your bank, as there is often processing time before a refund is posted
  4. If you've done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us and send your item to the address we provide.

Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Restocking Fee

A restocking fee may apply to certain returns. We will notify you if this applies to your return when you initiate the return process.

Final Sale Items

Items marked as "Final Sale" cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.

International Returns

International customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs or import duties. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for international returns.
